HOORAY FOR HOLLYWOOD HISTORY

Curators Assemble!

Captain America's shield joins the collection. This shield, used from 2013 to 2015, will help the museum interpret the superhero film genre and its seismic impact on 21st-century film-making.
It won't be on display right away.
